You do not need to enter your passport details (or those of other passengers on your booking) at the point of purchase. We will send a request for these via email 1 week prior to departure. If you purchased tickets less than a week before departure this request will be sent immediately following booking.
Changes & cancellations more than 2 weeks (14 days) before departure are free of charge.
Changes to bookings less than 2 weeks (14 days) before departure are subject to a £500 fee.
For cancellations less than 2 weeks (14 days) before departure you will be charged the full cost of the booking.

In the case of a flight cancellation we will let you know as soon as possible and discuss your options, which are;
1. Receive a refund
We will refund you the full amount of the ticket you haven’t used.
2. Choose an alternative flight
If you would still like to travel we will find you an alternative flight, either with us or another provider.
You can fly with up to 20kg of luggage each. Due to cabin space restrictions you can only bring a handbag or lap top bag with you to your seat.
It may be possible to accomodate more luggage depending on the loading for your flight. This is at the discretion of the captain and there would be an additional charge of £150.

Yes, we can accommodate your small well behaved dog (under 8kgs). For taxi, take-off, the duration of the flight and landing it must be secured in a pet box in the luggage area at the rear of the cabin. If it is preferred to travel with your dog in the cabin a full price seat can be purchased.
This service is available on a first come first served basis so please let us know when booking.
You must present their pet passport/ travel certificate which includes:
- Details of Ownership
- Description of Animal
- Marking of Animal
- Vaccination against Rabies
For dogs, we will also need proof of a tapeworm treatment administered 120 hrs – 24 hrs in advance of travel.
The charge for our pet service is £400 and includes the necessary veterinarian checks at the airport. We will send a payment request separate to your booking.

To secure your booking we will ask for;

As we operate from private terminals we ask you to arrive only 20 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 15mins prior to departure and we cannot accept passengers after this time.
Please be advised that Nice airport can be very busy, even at the private terminal, so you may need to allow more time for your journey.
Yes, however to maximise passenger comfort flights are restrcited to just 8 passengers.
